for Design & Construction

Rendering

The castle project is a very detailed final presentation, complete with garden, stable and multiple intricately drawn weapons.

The computer was pushed to its limits to create this interesting rendering.

3D Modeling

Most of my work is done with 3D modeling.

This drawing of an oil sink demonstrates a number of useful tools including 3D arrays, filets and creating shells.

Site Plans

I’ve put together geographical and municipal information for construction projects.

On a triangular lot surrounded by three major streets in Downtown Seattle, this bank was restored from a fast food restaurant.

Floor Plans

The original floor plans for this house were hand drafted many, many years ago.

These drawings were done to help fill in the parts of the original that faded away over time.

Elevations

These elevations are part of a full proposal to add a detached additional dwelling unit onto a property in Leavenworth, WA.

The design is inspired by “Spitzhausen” in Bernkastel, Germany with the second floor being significantly larger than the first.

Hand Drafting

While most of my work is done easiest with CAD, I can still do it all by hand.

These drawings display features of a building’s foundation annotated and dimensioned by hand.
